The check is converted to a paperless transaction by electronically moving funds from the customer’s bank account to the merchant’s bank account. Electronic Check Conversion Guarantee

The check is processed through the check imager and handed back to the check writer. The image is uploaded and processed through the Automated Clearing House network.

The digital image is electronically transmitted and sent directly to your bank. This program guarantees that 100% of the written check amount reaches your bank account. Settlement is 24 hours.

Non-Electronic Check Verification

You can verify whether a check is good or bad directly through your Credit Card Terminal.

The transaction is sent out to the network to verify that the check writer has not written bad checks elsewhere in the United States. Settlement flow is 24 hours.

Web Site / Shopping Cart ACH Processing

E-Commerce Processing allows businesses to process web-based electronic check transactions via ACH using the Network Gateway.

We have two programs to accept checks over the Internet - Verification and Guarantee.

Electronic Check Conversion Verification

The check is processed through the non-imager reader and handed back to the check writer. The Check Verification process is sent out to the networks that will need to meet the requirements for authorization.

The check writer information is recorded on the authorization slip or captured on the invoice or work order. Settlement is 24 hours.

Telephone Electronic ACH Processing

This process allows the merchant to debit the customer’s account based on their verbal authorization over the phone by entering the check amount and check writer’s information.
